Kidz Ark is Therapeutic Residential Child Care Facility (TRCCF) located in Sterling, Colorado. Specializing in treating troubled children, Kidz Ark grew out of the former Children's Ark Residential Treatment Center. We have specific qualifications and experiences which enable us to meet the needs of severely damaged children, including children with developmental disabilities. With a philosophy of "unconditional love + accountability", Kidz Ark believes in the rights and dignity of individuals and families and the sanctity of all human life. As this belief is expressed through an emphasis on acceptance and accountability, children are able to respond with hope, strength, and integrity. While maintaining interpersonal boundaries, our staff act upon the concepts of accountability and forgiveness to assist children in turning their lives around.
