As Kidz Ark continues to grow we are always looking for dedicated, qualified staff for the following positions:

Residential Child Care Workers.   Residential child care workers provide care and supervision of the children assigned by exhibiting mature leadership, through example and instruction, in all aspects of daily living, develop activities which encourage residents to work on individual treatment issues, see that residents rooms are maintained in a clean and tidy manner while providing security checks on a regularly scheduled basis.  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Two (2) years college or one (1) year experience in a Human Service Field.   Experience working with Developmentally delayed children is desired.  Needed for all shifts.

Licensed Professional Counselors.   Responsible for individual, group therapy and family therapy.   Coordinate therapeutic treatment of assigned residents (including implementation of the treatment plans), and will perform case management duties as assigned by the Executive Director.  Therapists will complete, in

a timely manner, necessary paperwork to comply with TRCCF requirements (i.e., 72 hour assessment, initial case service plan, monthly and quarterly reports), complete weekly documentation of services provided and provide additional reports as requested by DSS, court system, Ark’s clinical director.  Other duties as assigned including participation in all scheduled staff/counseling meetings, participation, as scheduled by the Case Manager, in daily family conferences.
